Welcome to Build AI With Mauriel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at buildaiwithmauriel.com (the "Site") and the Build AI With Mauriel membership, courses, and related content (together, the "Service"), operated by Mbusiness Branding AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining the waitlist, purchasing a membership, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Build AI With Mauriel is a digital membership that provides educational content, including video lessons, written notes, prompts, links, and behind-the-scenes documentation of real businesses. Content is added over time and the roadmap, format, and release schedule may change at our discretion.
Because the Service provides instant access to digital content, all payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at mauriel@mbusinessbrandingai.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
All content in the Service, including videos, text, prompts, graphics, and branding, is owned by Mbusiness Branding AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. No other rights are granted.
We do not guarantee income, clients, or business results. The Service is educational. Any examples of revenue, client wins, or business outcomes shown on the Site or inside the courses are illustrations of what is possible, not promises of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Members may be offered the opportunity to join an affiliate program. Participation is optional, subject to approval, and governed by separate affiliate terms provided at signup. Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed income, and we may modify or end the affiliate program at any time.
By joining the waitlist or membership and providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive emails and text messages from us about the Service, including launch updates, course releases, and offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and you can opt out of texts by replying STOP.
The courses reference and teach third-party tools and platforms (for example Claude, Higgsfield AI, and OpenArt). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third parties. Their pricing, features, and terms are their own and may change. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mbusiness Branding AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
